• CV / Resume data — content you upload or build within the app, used solely to power AI job matching.
• Job search preferences — role titles, locations, and filters you set within the app.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, search queries, and timestamps, collected to improve the product.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Communications — emails you send us or support requests you submit.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, personalise, and improve the Wizapply service.
• To generate AI-powered job match scores and recommendations.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, subscription updates).
• To send product updates and tips — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure compliant with industry security standards. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

No system is 100% secure. If a breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis of job descriptions and CV content.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in via Google.
• Mixpanel / Analytics — anonymised usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies necessary to keep you logged in, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing for marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Wizapply is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
