1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Wizapply in any way, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Service

Wizapply is an AI-powered job search platform that helps users discover relevant job opportunities, assess job fit, build CVs, and track applications. The Service includes:

• AI job matching and match score generation
• Automated daily job search alerts
• CV / resume builder with ATS optimisation
• Job tracking and kanban board
• LinkedIn profile analysis

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After 3 days, your account will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Pro Subscription: The Pro plan is billed at $10 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Payment: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without our written consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial access.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Wizapply and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any CV, resume, or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide the Service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate job match scores, CV suggestions, and application insights. This content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that AI-generated suggestions will result in employment or interviews. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.

8. Third-Party Links & Job Listings

The Service may display job listings sourced from third-party platforms (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor). We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of third-party job postings. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or hiring practices of any employer listed on the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizapply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account in settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
